I got 8832 rank outside delhi general category . My father is an ex-serviceman . Can i get any colleges in ipu for btech cse or ece.

hii neha,
at this rank, CSE and ECE are very hard to get as you are from outside delhi. still you can get other branches in some colleges of IP university.
