I got 88.55 percentile in JEE MAINS paper 1 and 82.51 percentile in MHTCET (PCM). Am i eligible for the ICT MUMBAI.????

It is difficult to get admission at the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai with your marks. If you belong to OBC or SC/NT category then there are some chances that you will get admission in this college. At the same time try applying for more colleges.
