I got 88.75 percentile in Jee Main 2019. in CRL . and my rank is 127175..in CRL. Can i get seat in Vasavi Engineering College of hyderabad?

Well since Vasavi College of Engineering,Hyderabad takes admission through TS-EAMCET , so you are not eligible to get admission by JEE Mains percentile/rank. You need to give TS-EAMCET and on the basis of your rank in the exam you will be able to get a seat in Vasavi College of Engineering. With your  JEE Mains rank you can apply for other colleges where they accept JEE Mains score. Below I have provided 2019 JEE Mains cutoff category wise -
