I GOT 88.90 percentile in jee mains 2020 General category can i get any government engineering college in computer science.

Since your percentile is 88.90 and your category is general...then referring to previous year cutoff percentile score you haven't qualified JEE Mains because cutoff percentile for general category was 89.75 percentile..so you won't be able to get admission into NiTs because their requirement is to be qualified in JEE Mains... You might get CS in  colleges which do not require JEE qualification ..but not in NITs or IIITs.
