JoSAA counselling is for the caandidates aspiring the admissions in IITs, NITs and IIITs and who have qualified the JEE mains and advance for the admissions. There is no any specific criteria for the JoSAA counselling as all the candidates who have qualified JEE mains and JEE advance are eligible for the counselling process. But the eligibility applies for the admissions in the participating institutes as candidate must fulfill the criteria imposed by the respective institute. Yes, definitely you are eligible for josaa counseling.
But your rank is too high to get into NIT or IIITs. Hence, do apply for private colleges like BITS and AMITY which also accept JEE Main scores.

Hi ! Yes, quite obviously you are eligible for Jossa counselling. Ir is so because in JEE mains whoever crossed the cut-off marks, are eligible for JEE main central Jossa counselling. And you can get the central based counselling on general category. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.

To be eligible to sit in JoSSA counselling, you need to secure overall aggregate of 75% in 12th boards if you are from the GENERAL category and there is a relaxation of 10% i.e. you need to score an overall aggregate of 65% if you are fro a reserved category.
You need a good JEE Mains percentile but at first, you need to clear the aforementioned criteria to be eligible.
