First of all, nit's take admission through jee mains and not jee advanced.

And secondly, 88 percetile is a fair percentile to get into IIT's. It is doubtful whether or not you may be getting into the prestigious IIT's like mumbai or delhi, but you can surely get CSE or IT branch in IIT's like madras or pune or bhubaneshwar.
