Yes you can get admission in University of Delhi because you have a good percentage. If you are unable to get through the cut-offs of north campus you have a door opened by the name of South Campus which has its very good list of colleges. And as you are a girl you can even go to girl oriented colleges like Jesus And Merry College(JMC) OR Gargi College.

With 89% and general category , you have chances to get admission in B.Sc chemistry honours in Delhi university but only in off campus colleges like Mata sundri college , Zakir hussain college etc. And that too when the cutoffs don't increase so much this year and you will have to wait till the last round to ensure your admission in best college.
