I got 89 marks (based on the provisional key) what will be my rank and which colleges will i get? and till what rank government will provide full fee reimbursement?

With your marks in TISCET your rank must be around 10000 to 15000 however thisis just an estimate as ranks change every year depending on the difficulty of the paper and the number of students that have appeared for the paper.
