Hello. I assume that you are talking about JEE Mains exam. So 89 percentile means that 11% of the total no. of students who appeared in Jan exam are ahead of you. (Tot students- 874469). This is a good score but your rank can differ depending on the no. Of students appearing for April exam. For example if 1200000 students give the exam on April then your rank will differ. So it is not possible to say now which college you can get. For that you need to wait till 30th April when NTA will declare the overall merit list.
But for now you can check your rank from the below formula.
Rank- (100-89)*(874469/100)
Remember that this is not your final rank and it may differ in the actual merit list because NTA will also consider best of two attempts by candidates appearing twice while making the list.
