Hello,
First of all I hope you know that preparatory rank doesn’t mean a rank in JEE Advanced. You’re not alloted a rank in JEE Advanced Rank List. The vacant seats reserved for SC, ST and PwD candidates, which don’t get filled in the counselling will be allotted to the candidates of respective categories for admission to a preparatory course. Preparatory courses mean that for one year you will be prepared and trained in IIT, and then after one year you’ll be declared ‘ pass’ or ‘fail’ according to which you will get a direct admission in an undergraduate course from next academic session i.e 2017.
So, the rank you have is for Preparatory Course, which is different from an actual undergraduate programme in IIT.
As for for your rank in Jee Advanced, 11053 is a pretty good rank for a nice college. Following the past trends, the top 20,000 rank holders get admission in IIT's or prestigious B.TECH Colleges. REAP or Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process is for students willing to take admission Rajasthan Technical University and the process is conducted for admissions to undergraduate engineering programmes leading to Bachelor’s degree. The admission procedure of (REAP) 2020 is conducted on behalf of Govt. aided and Private unaided technical institutions of Rajasthan. Candidates are offered admission in the University and affiliated institutes based on JEE Main/ NATA Scores or intermediate scores. So if you haven't given REAP, youb won't be accepted in Rajasthan Technical University since REAP is its main entrance test.
