According to your question and taking into consideration that you want to know whether at 89.89 percentile you will get cse or it branch in viit or vit.
I would like to tell you that it is next to impossible to get cse or it in these colleges as the cut offs for these are colleges are very high as compared to your percentile.

89.89 percentile in MHTCET means you can accept a general rank in the range of 14000 to 19000. Now this is not your actual rank rather it is assumption based on MHTCET Percentile vs rank statistics.
Now if we go through last year's cutoffs, then you can expect
