i got 89.908percentile and 12426 rank in icar can i have chance to get any good collge with bsc ag or bsc horti from ews category

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, As per your rank for getting a govt college through ICAR this rank is not sufficient . But you may try for private colleges for BSc agriculture, Biotechnology, Forestry, fisheries and other courses falling under it. you can refer below link for more detail.
