JEE mains result is declared where your rank is mentioned. rank decides in which college you will be eligible and get admission.
On the basis of percentile, getting IIIT is impossible as maximum closing rank goes upto 8k. for NIT campus, maximum closing rank for reservation category will go upto 40k that too for non technical branch.
for GFIT's, there is chance to get but it is hard to say there is qualifying cutoff is not known. it will only known during counselling process.
There is no previous year data for GFTI's. it would be better to comment your rank to give college options precisely.
