No its very hard to get antthing at this rank
i will siggest you to go through jee mains . as that may help you because at 8k i dont think it will be posssible for ypu tio get any college.

Chances arevery less for Bith Mechanical and Civil engineering branch as cutoffs closing rank was within 4000 under PESSAT.
