If you are from open category you have a slim chances to get a seat in DU in any one of the course. Although, if you are from reserved category, you can get Khalsa college for BA Political Science. Other colleges might also offer this till the last cut-off list. It entirely depends if there are seats available in that particular course.

With 90% in class 12th, you won't get a North Campus College.

But still there are chances for a South Campus College for BA hons. Political Science.
Wait, till the last cut-off list.
