Hello,
If admission will be given on the basis of merit then you have good chance to get top college. As of now colleges like VIT has decided to use percentage to give admission.
Best engineering college is IIT campus , NIT campus , IIIT campus. Admission is given on the basis of entrance score. One session of jee mains is already conducted. One session is pending. So there is no notice about cancelation.
So entrance score+ +2 score/percentage both are considered for admission.
Look out for updates regularly and choose for college option.

I didnt attempt JEE mains phase 1 can you recommend colleges which are not afiiliated with mains mark

You score in boards is good.But for admission in any engineering college, you will have to appear for entrance exam.However this year due to Covid-19 pandemic many college are taking admission based on class 12 marks.Colleges like VIT, MIT and other offer admission based on 12tg marks.However if you want to get admission top colleges like NIT,IIIT,GFTIs and IITs you will have to appear for JEE mains examination but the application facility has now been closed.You can apply for various other colleges.
