i got 90 marks in cet open category . can i get best institute for cs, mech or electrical?

Dear student,
Sad to tell you that with 90 marks in CET open category you wont be able to get best institue for CS.Chances are you may get mechanical or electrical buy not in the best of institutes. So if you want a specific branch as i see you can compromise on the college if you wish to.
