Sadly no. IIIT D has pretty high cut offs as it is one of the premier institutes in the country. The percentile one needs to get a seat in IIIT-D is around 98 to 99.5 percentile. 90 marks will get you a percentile of around 93-94. For 98-99.5 percentile, one needs somewhere around 165+ marks. Considering that you are a student from general category based on your marks which is 90 in the JEE mains you will have a rank of about 70000. And to get admission in IIIT Delhi the candidate must have a rank of about 5000 to 10000.
