Hope you are doing great there . I am really very sorry to say this but with this percentile the chances of your admission into some NIT or IIIT is quite negligible.
According to the percentile score mentioned by you your predicted CRL rank lies somewhere around 102300 - 115000 , and your obc category rank will lie around 25,575-28,750. So with this rank you can not get a seat in NIT or IIIT .

see nits has around 50% seats reserve for domicile candidates. while it comes to all india ranking , the cutoff goes real high and it keeps changing every year based on students performance, students category, seat matrix, choice of stream etc.
as per careers360 rank predictor tool your overall estimated rank would be 102300 - 115000 . so it seems difficult to secure top nits from south side at this score.
