Since you have not mentioned your cast category i am assuming you are general and ofcourse you have domicile maharashtra. According to your score in jee mains you are only eligible to take admission in private colleges if you want CSE only. From last 2years cut off, you have chance in following colleges:
1. GH Raisoni College of Engineering
2. Anjuman - I - Islam's Kalsekar
3. St. Vincent

There are some chances of getting seats as your percentile is good but it also depends on rank too if your ranking is below one lakh then you may get top colleges through JEE main in CAP round as according to previous years cut off ie, 1,25,000 there are chances.
In Maharashtra 15% of total engineering seats are filled on the basis of JEE-Main score and rest of the 85% seats are filled through MHT CET score.
The seats which will be filled through CAP are :-
As you have 90 percentile in JEE-Main so you have chances of getting seat under 15% reservation too.
