Hello asbah

Congratulations for scoring such a decent percentile. Your rank as per the given percentile is somewhat around 87,446 approximately according to the formula given by our experts. With this rank and your specified category there are chances for you to get your desired college and branch.

The cut offs for advance will be released in April but on the basis of past trends candidates having percentile above 85 are supposed to be qualified.

So hope for the best.

Thanks for contacting us.

Hello Asbah

Considering OBC category it is pretty good percentile. Yes, there is a chance of getting into NIT's ( not sure about the branches). To predict your rank you can check our article

Hello Aspirant

It is difficult to predict the college because the official cutoff and results were released on the month of April after the second jEE mains exam was conducted by National testing agency NTA.

Use this formula to predict the rank.

Rank Formula = (100 - your total score) X 874469 /100.

By this formula your rank is 87446 out of 874469 aspirants.but this rank may differ from the official results which were released on the month of April.

..

I will provide the link below to the top Nits cutoff you compare your rank . because on the basis of rank only the cutoff for college is decided.

.

If you have any questions further let me know.

Thank you!!!

Hello Asbah,

Thanks for contacting Careers360.

According to your percentile, your rank is predicted to be somewhat between 105,045 - 125,045 as per my calculations.

With this much rank or percentile there are decent chances that you will  get admitted into some of the good NITs.

In order to know your final result and the colleges you will get in that rank, you have to wait as of now. The National Test Agency NTA will declare the combined result of both the JEE main exam (1st which was held in January and 2nd which is going to be held in April) after the declaration of result of 2nd exam i.e. April 30. The NITs will declare their respective cutoffs afterwards.

For now, you can refer to this link wherein you can go through the previous year cutoffs of various colleges:

https://www.google.com/amp/s/engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-cutoff/amp

Hope this helps.

Good luck!!
