To apply for colleges through JEE Main score, one needs to first clear the required cutoff as per his/her category. Below I have provided 2019 JEE Mains cutoff (percentile) category wise -
Now, since your JEE Main score is 91.99 percentile under OBC-NCL category so you are eligible to a get a seat in NITs,GFTIs,IIITs. But exactly which college and branch you will get , to find out you have to attend the JoSAA counselling if you require seats in NITs,IIITs or GFTIs. Apart from JoSAA , you can also apply for CSAB counselling if you failed to get a seat through JoSAA. Note : CSAB counselling will start after the end of JoSAA counselling.
Also, you can apply for other private and government colleges that takes admission through JEE Mains score. They might have their own counselling procedure which you have to attend if you want those seats.
