Hi ! It depends on your rank. If your mentioned rank is within general category ranking then you may get a good nit or IIIT or GFTI. It is so because in this case your OBC rank will extend upto 2k-5k. With this rank you will get nit Allahabad, nit Delhi, nit Durgapur, and other some nit. For IIIT you will get IIIT Kalyani, and other IIITS. For GFTI you may get bit Mesra but last branch. So hope you understand and best of luck to you. Given below a link will be useful for you.
