I got 90.5 marks in clat and my sc rank is 418 and I am the resident of Uttar Pradesh do I have chances of getting any nlu?

Given that your category rank is really good you do have a real good chance to make it to one of the top 5 NLU;
1. RMLNLU, Lucknow
2.GNLU
3. HNLU
4. RGNLU, Patiala
5. CNLU, Patna
6. NLIU, Bhopal (Should be your 2nd preference after RMLNLU since you are from Lucknow)
