I got 90.5 %tile which college is best for me in chemical engineering. Iam from bihar belongs to OBC. And can i got nit jamshedpur?

I am sorry but getting chemical engineering for you is difficult in most NITs but you can try for some GFTI. Also look for BIT Mesra which offers a branch Chemical Engineering with specialization in plastic and polymer so that you can get as it's cut-off goes quite low.
