I got 9060 rank in KCET 2019 and i am a kashmiri migrant.Will i get cs branch in top 10 Engineering college in bangalore

As your rank is good enough to get any college through KCET.But there are the less chances to get CSE in the same college as maximum rank required by the colleges of KCET is 4000.so with this rank there are minor chances to get this branch. You can apply for other branches if you are interested in the same college. There are the chances to get another branches in the different colleges of KCET.
