i got 9063 st category rank in jee mains with 66 percentile in which nit colleges do i get seat

Yes you can still get into national institutes of technology bit they wont be the 1st or 2nd tier. You can aim for the 3rd tier NITs which are not so bad either. But if you have given any other entrance exam, keep your options open.

Nit sikkim


Nit mizoram


Nit arunachal pradesh


Etc

With this rank it will be difficult for you to get a seat in a NIT or IIIT. Even if you are able to get a seat in a NIT or IIIT then you might not be able to get your preferred branch. However, ypu can try for the special round of counselling where you might have a good chance of getting a seat. You can also try for other colleges. Hope this helps.
