Yes you have a chance to get a seat in CSE Coimbatore Campus based on your category , other state quota might work good, last year t was one candidate from SC category got a admission here!
you can refer this
Sc/St for (open and State quota)- 1- 15000 opening rank and closed rank (15001-25000)
General category (open and State quota)- 1-750(opening rank) and closed rank (9501-10000)
State quota-10001-12500 opening rank and closed rank (20001-22500)

Due to state quota u have chances to get cse in coimbatore campus. According to last year's cutoff u have good chances for getting cse in coimbatore...
