90.7 is a decent percentile for GFTIs and other tier-3 colleges accepting MAINS rank , though it is not good enough to get seat in good NIT but considering your category and home state quota, you have some chances. The point is no one can evaluate your chance until the final rank is not declared infact until the final examination is not conducted.

Second round is yet to come and the best will be counted. If you really desire to get seat in good NIT then this much is not sufficient, you will have to increase in the next round.
