As it is difficult to tell exact possibility of your admissions in IIIT or NIT but according to the previous year cutoff as general category the chance seems less to get a seat in IIITs or NITs. You can try for state counseling like in Punjab,haryana, rajasthan etc.

Dear aspirant

At first congratulations for your result and wishes for your future. Juding by previous year's marks vs rank trends I can predict your score is about 75-80 .I am afraid to inform you that judging from cut offs of previous years your chances of getting NITs and IITs are almost negative if you are from general category . You have not mentioned your category, if it is ST SC then may be chances for you .  However you can get some very good private colleges as well as you can opt for state counselling also. Your chances are very high there.
