According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the good NITs as per previous year's cut-offs but yes you can get some lower NITs like NIT Hamirpur, NIT Meghalaya, NIT Goa and likewise if and only if you deserves Home state quota for them but if not then I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
