For 91000 rank in JEE mains, you have a good chance to get a seat in one of the top 5 colleges in TS under B- Category, hence you should wait until the TS EAMCET counseling ends and then the notification for B cat seats will be posted on the respective official college websites. Then you can apply for B Cat notification and get a seat.
