I got 91.32 percentile in MHT-CET. Can i get CSE in PICT? I am from open category.

Cutoff Rank- 1813 and Cutoff marks- 161 (Home State)
Cutoff Rank- 1674 and Cutoff marks- 163 (Outside State)

Cutoff Rank- 799 and Cutoff marks- 165 (Outside State)
