With this rank, your chances of getting Top NIT's is very low.
But you can wait for special round counselling. There might be chances of getting seat in left over seats in some low ranked NIT's.
You cannot expect CSE Branch even in Special Rounds.
. however you can try for state counseling like Punjab, Haryana, MP, Andhra Pradesh Etc.
