Yes, as you have more than 75 percent in both PCM and Maths you can apply at Amrita with your Pearson score through CASP that is the central seat allotment process.

Your Pearson score is calculated as an overall average between the three sections I.e Reasoning, aptitude, and verbal. Y our essay will be directly sent to the university for further evaluation.

Your Pearson score should be really good to get the branch of your preferred choice. I cannot however tell you the exact score that will get you a seat as it is solely at the university's discretion. The cut-off is not officially declared as they vary every year owing to numerous factors.

Moreover, if you are not satisfied with your PUEE score you could also attend the final phase of AEEE being conducted on August 3rd.

As the university accepts 4 tests PUEE, AEEE, JEE, and SAT, the best of any one of these will be considered to get you the seat you desire.
