As per previous year's cutoff and your JEE Main paper 2 rank in SC category you'll be eligible for some top colleges. I'll recommend you to definitely apply for your home state NIT because you'll have a higher chance of getting admission there since the cutoff is lower for home states.

comparing to last year's cutoff and considering your home state is Bhopal you might have a chance in MANIT and SPA, Bhopal under home state quota
