I will provide the formula to predict the rank.on the basis of rank only the cutoff for college is decided.
Rank Formula = (100 - your total score) X 874469 /100.
Your rank is 71181 by using above formula but this rank may differ from the official results which were released on the month of April by national testing agency NTA.

By your rank predict the college that which College is available for your percentile score:

If you are from reservation category then you will have more chances to get good colleges otherwise give attempt to April jEE mains exam to improve your percentile score.if you get more than 95+ percentile score there are more chances to get government Colleges.

If from general category there are no chances of getting into NIT's?

There are less chances for general category to get good College because the cut-off may increase this year .The cut-off may increases due to number of aspirants increased and exam held twice.

My suggestion for you is to give attempt to April exam because you have second chance to increase your percentile than this to get good College.

It is difficult to predict but as I provided the formula please replace with 14386 instead of 874469 then you can calculate the rank for the jEE mains paper 2.
Dry for the inconvenience! No ,it is 145386 aspirants are written the jEE mains paper 2 exam not 14386.
