i got 92 percent in board exam and got 48k in kcet b pharm can I get free seat in Karnataka

hi,
see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category, choice of stream etc. you did not mention which category you belongs to. however as per general merit cutoff you have less chances in any of the colleges.
