With your budget you can adjust the best colleges like  University , Manipal University,Amrita university,SRM university, etc. You have chances to get seat in DTU and NSIT. It also depends on the category. If you are OBC, SC or ST you have a better chance. Best of luck.

And as per percentile system above 80% percentile for caste category is enough to get admission in NITs.
