by comparing the previous year's cut off to get a seat in NITs in bihar i.e. NIT Patna by EWS category, you must have a rank range of 1k to 7k ( varies branch by branch). So it seems NIT patna isn't in your luck although you have a great percentile and rank in jee mains so you can check out other NITs ( however, you seem to not have chances in top NITs) You can also use the state quota for admissions in your state.
And you are definitely open to top private colleges like
VIT, vellore, Manipal, SRM, etc.
