So your admission in B.Tech at iiit naya raipur is not possible .

As per the predictions the expected cutoff for general category this year is set to be around 90-94 percentile.
And your percentile is lying in this range. So for now its difficult to say whether you will be able to qualify Jee Main or not. As you didnot mention your category, i have considered you as a general category student. And without clearing the exam you will not be able to get any IIIT.
Even if you clear the exam then also with this score is not sufficient to get a seat in IIIT.
But with this score surely you can get a seat in other colleges like:

• HMR INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT, DELHI
• UIT, BHOPAL
• Madhav Institute of Technology and Science, Gwalior
• Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta Institute of Technology and Management, Delhi

If you belong to general category then unfortunately you chances are quite low to getting a seat at your preferred iiit. Although if you belong to obc category Or home state qouta then you might get it in the spot round counsellings.
