I think you said your overall category rank in the jee mains but if you want me to answer this precisely please do comment with your jje mains category rank. And if your category rank is mentioned above I.e 92 thousand then I don't think you may get any government institutions. I hope this helps

I regret to inform you that with such a low score you cannot get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits or iiits.
Even though yoh have obc quota but atleast you need a rank under 12k to 13k to get admission into nits.
Either you take part in any other councelling process or you can even take admission into any reputed private institutes.
Or take ayear drop to prepare for jee 2020.
