i got 92.7 percentile in jee mains 2019 and my rank is 81000 and my OBC rank is 22965 in which NIT i get seat

I am sorry but with this rank it is next to impossible to get a seat in any of the decent NITs or even IIITs. However check your home state NIT if you have some advantage there because female quota also varies cut-off by a great extent.
I would suggest to take a drop if possible since you can clearly improve your score and try again next year!

as you secured a rank of 22965 it is very good
according to the analysis of previous year data
you can secure a seat in NITs but not in the TOP NITs and also in the south side
you have a chance to get in NITs at north side
so you have a chance to get in northside NITs
