I got 92.8 in class 12 and DU JAT percentile 98.15 , serial no. 379, army priority 8 can I hope to get admission in shaeed sukhdev?

yes you definately have a good chance of getting Shaeed Sukhdev College just instead of overall score of 12th the DUJAT results are based on the best 4 results including english and mathematics which are compulsary.
