i got 9.3 grade points in ipe and 58 marks in ap eamcet ,what rank I will get in the eamcet ?

Your rank might be in between 58,000-59,000. It may vary depending on marks scored in group subjects, normalized marks, your category, top score, number of candidates qualified etc.
You have not mentioned your category assuming that you belong to general category you may have chances of getting seat in
