You will be lucky to score such good score in board exams as entrance exam VITEEE are cancelled this year and admission to engineering courses will be based on xii board score. This is first time that Engineering admissions are given on the basis of xii score so it's difficult to estimate that how they will consider marks whether PCM score or maths marks will be the basis of Merit. Hence can't be said whether you will get biomedical engineering .

As we aware that VIT cancelled VITEEE and this year they are going to offer admission on basis of Board Marks. So we cannot predict the cut offs and Merit for the admission as it is first time VIT is offering admission on basis of Board marks so lets see what cut-off this year go for VIT.

Since you have a good score so according to me you have a fair chance of getting admission into VIT in either of branch you mentioned.
