I got 93 percentile in b arch and 12 k rank. What to do next and is it of any use?

Yes surely. Below are the universities which consider JEE paper 2 marks. You can check which are the colleges where you can apply. I think other than SPAs & NITS and some 2-3 more, You can apply in all other universities.
