I got 93 percentile in jee mains and my category is OBC. Can I get NIT or GFTI?

For the mentioned percentile you will have general rank around 70000. And you will have obc rank around 18000-20000. So by this rank you have less chance to get any NIT. If you had obc rank below 10000 then there would have some chance.
Yes there are some chances in GFTI in some branches but not sure and also that branches are not much demanded.

At 93 percentile, your CRL rank comes out to be 65K
As per the previous year cutoffs of JEE Mains for admissions NITs or GFITs, at 65000 rank it is quite impossible even to get admission in any of the NITs. Yes, you may get some lower cutoff branches like Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Food Processing Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology Engineering at lower cutoff NITs like NIT Mizoram, NIT Arunachal Pradesh etc.
You may get admission in state level colleges or private colleges for good branch also.
