i got 93 percentile in jee mains ,what rank can i get all india and which NIT is best according to my percentile for CSE in general category

The approximate rank for percentile 93 will be around 62000(+-). Note that this is just an estimation and it can change after JEE Mains is again conducted in April depending upon number of students appearing for it.

Almost everytime the cutoffs for Computer Science Branch are highest everywhere and since JEE Main as I said is conducted twice I cannot estimate about the cutoff for NIT (National Institute of Technology).

I suggest you to wait for the officials to announce it.

in which nit can i get cse with 62000 rank ?can you make any guess ?

Since this year the whole system of exam is changed the exact estimation cannot be made.NIT Sikkim , NIT Meghalaya , NIT Manipur , NIT Arunachal Pardesh ; According to last year's that is 2018's cutoff rank for general category home state quota for Computer Science Engineering these were the NITs in which student with 62000(+-) could have applied.Note that :- For this year it cannot be estimated.
