i got 9300 category rank, General category from andhrapradesh where AIR is 60000 can i get mbbs seat

As per the previous year cutoffs trend, at your score you have almost nil probability of getting admission in government medical colleges in your category under state quota even. Also there are very less chances for you to get government quota seat in private medical colleges.
However you can get admission in private dental colleges under state quota. But for MBBS you can get admission only through management quota such as:
- Apollo institute of medical sciences, Chittoor
- GSL Medical College, Rajahmundry
- Katuri Medical College, Guntur
- Alluri Sitaramaraju Academy of Medical Sciences, Eluru
But remember that cutoffs changes every year due to various factors such as number of students attempted exam and number of students participated in counselling, difficulty level of exam, reservations and more. So nothing can be predicted with certainty until the official announcement of cutoff.
